Hi there, I know I dropped off the edge of the earth with no notice, but umm, real life sort of got me good and I had no urge to really write anything let alone deal with deadlines of writing comms. So I'm sure I'm talking to myself right now, and if I'm not, sorry?

Anyways, I've started playing Val again, but it's a more canon version over at lilmacgyver . I don't know if I'll ever use this journal again, but because I still love everyone I got to play with and everything that was done during that time I don't think I could ever bring myself to delete this thing.

Anyways, I thought I'd just give a formal heads up of what happened, and reiterate that Val's flist was awesome and amazing and you guys are still putting out some amazing stuff. <333

I have a brother. His name is Franklin. He acts like a five year old, but he's actually 11. He actually goes out in public dressed like a cowboy. DRESSED LIKE A COWBOY!!

He's nice, though. He tries to keep me safe, and used to do it a lot before everyone knew how smart I was. It's funny because he'd get annoyed at me, but now I'm always annoyed with him.

I emasculate him, I don't mean to, but I do. Sometimes I think he's trying to be dumb. You know? Maybe he's playing the fool because he doesn't want to take attention away from me, but other times I think he really isn't all there. Sometimes he gets really upset with me, because I'm smarter, or because I don't really want to have make really big decisions that the adults should be doing.

I should be nicer to him when he's annoying, I know. But he's REALLY annoying. I mean, Dad is still paying attention to him, so he's not going to feel alienated yet, and run away. But sometimes I worry that he will, because one day if he keeps acting or being that stupid Dad really will stop asking him for help, or hanging out with him. And then it will be my fault, because I came in and took Dad away from him, because I was smarter. I see the way he looks at me when I figure something out before him. He's already jealous sometimes, I can tell. And I know it's all going to build and build until he goes crazy, or he runs away. I just can't predict when.

"Why were we charged an extra 200$ on our internet bill, Valeria?"

I went a little crazy last month, I totally admit it. I KNOW I went over our bandwidth limit, but I really wanted to see what happened on Battlestar Galactica before the last ever episode aired. I had a week to watch the entire series, you know, and Mom and Dad weren't going to buy me the DVDs if I asked them.

It was totally worth it though, especially since now I'm all caught up and then on Friday I can watch the ending. And then on Monday I can have my Outer Limits marathon (it took forever, but I FINALLY found all the seasons of the second series). I'm also trying to build my Doctor Who collection, because Dad says it's too scary for little girls. (He's wrong.) It's been harder to find old Who, I have all of the new Who, but that only took 2 weeks to download. I need to start watching Torchwood too I think, because it's a spin off and Wikipedia says it has Martha for a few episodes. I LOVE MARTHA! (She's the best new Who character ever, so you know!)

I think I have all the audio plays, but I only managed to download half of old Who last month. Which after watching? SO AWESOME! I think Four is my favourite doctor.

But it's not like I'm going to do this every month, I just wanted to have all these shows before Norman OsbornThe SkrullsDoctor Doom declared a war on the internet and took it down. I can make a back up battery for my computer, but I can't make a back up internet, and OHMYGOD, do you know how fast some shows disapear? Like really really fast and then what am I going to do? Miss an important part of the mythology?

They know she lied to set each and every one up. Intelligence has offered proof that neither of her parents would have found the time to register the accounts. It’s a direct violation of COPPA, and they could have several of the sites shut down. But they didn‘t, they chose to wait. They watched and waited to suspend her accounts if it came down to that.

We were shopping, Frank, Alicia and me. Mom wanted us out of the house while it was being cleaned up, because the Skrulls thought it was a good idea to blow it up. Shopping kinda sucked, all I got was a bear, and Frank was dressed up like a cowboy. He isn't even trying to be smart anymore, I just think he wants to be SUPER annoying and bug me.

( don't get how he can be playing cowboys and indians when our house was destroyed, I have NO place to sleep, and aliens just tried to kill everybody. )

TM # 272 - Do you have any pets? Would you like some (more)? Why / why not?

We have robots: Doombots and Herbies.

Dad can fix them no matter what happens to our home. It's not safe to own animals when your house is almost destroyed every few months, you know.

I really hate to say this, but this has been a long time coming. It's been great writing Val as she was, however as far as I could go with the story still, I feel as though it must come to an end.

Since Marvel is actually using the little cutie on a regular basis now, and will continue to do so for the next little bit, I'm going to try my hand at exploring that.

I've been attempting to follow canon for a few prompts I've written recently, as that's what been intriguing me the most lately, there's a lot of stuff I can explore with her current canon.

So yes, that means that Val is an uber smart 2 and half year old, and happens to run an awesome blog called "Blogging the Fantastic" (it's canon!) as well as invents things in her spare time. She's like Millar's Mary Sue, I'm kinda jealous.

Knowing me, I'll probably still explore things I've done in the past too on occasion, but right now I just feel the need to take the opportunity and run with it. I'm sorry if it affects anyone's muses, but think of it as the other Val grew up happy and joined the Birds of Prey, whereas this one's life of fantasticness is just beginning.

I am going to write up a new intro post after I'm done moving this weekend, so if people want to meet her then, that's fine. If not, again, that's fine as well.

Valeria Meghan Richards. Most people call me Val. Mom and Dad call me Valeria when they're angry or worried. Uncle Ben calls me Kiddo or Squirt, and when I was younger called me Princess. Franklin calls me Val, or Annoying, Sis, or Brat. Uncle Johnny calls me Val, and I think Franklin picked up Brat from him, because he calls me that when he's joking.

I think mom wanted to name me Mary, after her mom, but Dr. Doom helped deliver me, so he got to choose my first name.

What kind of end?

I don’t like the phrase “The end”, it’s too serious, too final. It makes me think that you want me to talk about what’s going to happen when the bad guys are winning and the unthinkable is about to happen.

There isn’t an end.

I don’t want there to be an end. Not that kind of an end.

I want unicorns and rainbows, and everything dangerous gone so we don’t have to worry about our parents, relatives and friends being killed. I want a happy ending, one that’s just like the fairy tales, with happily ever after and dreams coming true. Not the bad guys dreams, but the people who actually want a better future, the good guys.

I want the endless amount of calculations I’ve done about the end to all be wrong (55.87% chance rounded off to the nearest decimal, that a major crisis will cause the end of the world and humanity before I’m 80…), and when the time comes, I don’t want it to happen in my lifetime, or my children’s lifetimes.

It scares me when I have to think about the end. I’d rather focus on something else.

The universe is ending. Or it's close to ending. You can never be too sure these days anyways, it always seems like something is threatening the world every other day.

Mom, Dad and your uncles are off with the Avengers and every other super powered adult in the country, all attempting to stop whatever it is that will happen if the bad guys win. From what you're seeing on the news, it looks like the bad guys might actually achieve their evil goals this time, and your Dad is really getting old. Mom's holding up well enough, it's a wonder that Uncle Johnny doesn't have his own special insurance that covers citywide damage, and Uncle Ben is pretty much the coolest person ever. You'd think at least one football team would try and recruit him. Because if what he was doing on the battlefield wasn't some advanced football play, you really don't know what is.

That's when you see it, it's tiny enough that a large chunk of the population won't. They also don't have the same brain you do, so those that notice it won't even realize what it is and why it's so very important. The way to beat these things has been there all along, and if your hunch is right, the only people who can figure it out are either being distracted to the point that they won't notice it, or are tangled up in their own limbs.

"Frank!" You yell. "Do you still have the number for the Powers?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Call them. Have them get over here right away! I'll explain when everyone's here!"

Valeria sighed. Sometimes her brother was absolutely hopeless. "Some villain, possibly your arch nemesis from AP History, has decided to infect all your customers in an effort to get you fired."

"Dude, that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard, sis."

"You once lived inside a giant purple monster with Charles Xavier and Nate Grey. How is this any less absurd?"

"Sometimes I hate you like woah, Val."

"At least I'm not the Jr. Manager on duty when Zombies decide to take over my store."

"Can you, oh, I don't know, help instead of being a bitch?"

"A simple "help me out" would have worked, too."
